DS1600 sand spreader control platform

For the company Rink we developed a state-of-the-art control platform designed specifically for their innovative DS1600 sand spreaders. The platform is based on two cable-compatible controllers that make it possible to choose either a display-based control or a classic manual operating concept as needed.

The display control stands out with its modern design and offers a wide range of functions. A key feature is the ability to save programs so that spreading parameters can be reproduced precisely – for example to distinguish golf courses from ornamental lawns. The control also provides an operational-data-capture (MDE) function for monitoring spreading activities and maintenance cycles.

With this advanced control platform, users can optimise their workflows, increase efficiency and at the same time ensure precise and reliable spreading.

Custom interfaces for machines and vehicles are real problem-solvers. Our solutions are based, for example, on Jetter, IFM, Siemens, Beckhoff or Bosch Rexroth.

Notifications with a short beep and a pop-up window: every 200 operating hours "Please change the oil", every 500 operating hours "Please carry out a major service", and at oil temperatures above 90 °C "Warning: oil temperature too high".
